Online Course
Some people like to learn about mental health/addiction issues that apply to them, but do not feel the need or desire to participate in other learning experiences like counseling or are simply not ready to take that step. For other people time is a premium and so they want a flexible learning option. Still others are looking for something to supplement the work they (or their clients) are doing in counseling. Whatever the case, it is not only possible but quite likely that you will enhance your mental wellness by taking an online course. Much like the courses that I create in my role as an award-winning distance education professor, I develop online courses with a conversational tone – as if I am talking to you (or your clients) – and includes plenty of concrete examples, videos and opportunities to interact with others who are also taking the course.
