Fees & Payment

Dr. Quarto provides therapy & psychological testing services to Tennessee & Michigan residents.  He does not conduct court ordered evaluations.  Clients who make a financial commitment to participate in therapy or obtain a psychological evaluation are investing in themselves in the long run.  Mental wellness is the key to a healthy and happy life!

Dr. Quarto’s fees are competitive and based on his education level, experience and expertise (call around and see what other Ph.D.-level psychologists are charging for their services):

Payment options

Insurance: Unfortunately, Dr. Quarto no longer participates on insurance panels.

Self-pay:  Payment is due in full at the end of each therapy session or psychological evaluation appointment.  Check, debit and credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.

Don’t have enough money in your bank account?  No problem!  You can easily finance the costs of services for 6 months – INTEREST-FREE – through CareCredit. Check out if you qualify for financing here:

Health Savings Accounts/Flexible Spending Accounts (HSAs/FSAs): You may work for a company that contributes to a Health Savings Account on your behalf.  These funds may be used to offset the costs of mental health services.  HSAs and FSAs allow clients to spend pre-tax income on medical expenses such as therapy and psychological evaluations.  You are encouraged to check with your human resources office to find out if these options are available to you.

Therapy and psychological testing services are usually tax deductible as a medical expense.
